Hono helps air-conditioning businesses identify their equipment and prepare work orders. Office staff choose a site, the equipment involved and an assigned professional. Technicians view this preparation online on mobile.

## Find the context of each installation

A customer may have several sites with different equipment. Hono preserves those relationships: equipment belongs to a site, which is linked to the customer. The air-conditioning module adds information specific to this activity. The team prepares a visit using the equipment explicitly selected.

## Turn equipment data into a prepared work order

Guided preparation starts with a site. Choose the equipment involved, enter the purpose, desired date and assigned professional, then review the summary before saving. A prepared work order is not a confirmed appointment with the customer.

## Give technicians the preparation details

The field workspace shows the signed-in professional their assignments and associated equipment. An Internet connection is required. It lets them review work prepared by the office; it does not yet replace an execution report.

## Choose a CMMS around your actual workflow

A computerised maintenance management system can cover equipment, preventive maintenance, execution, spare parts, documents and invoicing. Hono currently provides equipment management, preparation and consultation. On-site signatures, photos, automatic recurring maintenance and offline work require further development and validation before use.

## Plan a project in Tahiti and the islands

Connectivity at intervention sites should be discussed from the start. Bring a representative equipment list, an example site and the steps of a typical visit. Devlab reviews the available scope and required next steps with your organisation. Pricing and commissioning terms are agreed on that basis. This English website does not imply that the software interface is available in English; language requirements should be confirmed during the demonstration.

## Prepare for a useful demonstration

- Equipment types and information to retain
- How equipment is distributed across customers and sites
- Who prepares the work and who performs it
- Connectivity at the intervention sites
- Documents expected after a visit

## Before equipping your team.

### Does Hono manage air-conditioning maintenance contracts?

The available scope does not include full contract management or automatic recurring visits. Hono prepares and assigns work orders. Your maintenance rules need to be reviewed separately.

### Can one work order cover several units?

Yes. A prepared work order concerns one site and the equipment you select at that site. The assigned professional can find those items in their field workspace.

### Can technicians work without connectivity in the islands?

Offline mode is not yet available. Field consultation requires an Internet connection, so connectivity must be checked before choosing Hono for a travelling team.
