A SPECIFIC FIRST USE CASE
Maintenance teams need to know which units are on each site and which are included in a visit. Hono organises that equipment and prepares assignments. The foundation also supports a generic inspection profile without mandatory air-conditioning fields.

Hono is designed for a separate installation per company, with its own data, access and settings.
Hono is equipment management and work order preparation software published by Devlab in Tahiti. It connects customers, sites, equipment and assigned professionals. Its first business module covers air-conditioning maintenance.
Hono is building a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS), starting with an air-conditioning module. The available scope covers equipment, work order preparation and consultation. Work execution, reports and offline use are not yet available.
Hono is intended for air-conditioning maintenance businesses and teams that need to identify equipment across several sites and prepare work orders. Devlab, based in Tahiti, reviews your equipment, users and field requirements with you before defining the installation.
Yes. Hono lets you create customers, their sites and associated equipment. A prepared work order concerns one site and explicitly selected equipment. The company using Hono is distinct from the customers it manages in the software.
Yes. The field workspace lets a signed-in professional view assigned work orders online, with the associated sites and equipment. It currently supports consultation, not the entry of completed work reports.
Not yet. Field consultation requires an Internet connection. Offline synchronisation and recording work without connectivity remain to be developed. If your team works in areas with limited coverage, this needs to be discussed from the start.
These functions are not yet available in Hono. The current scope prepares work orders; it does not yet produce work reports, photos, signatures, acceptance documents or invoices.
A prepared work order includes a desired date and an assigned professional. The date does not constitute a confirmed appointment. Appointment confirmation and automatic recurring maintenance plans are outside the available scope described here.
The foundation separates shared equipment data from business-specific information. A generic inspection profile already exists without mandatory air-conditioning fields. Other activities must be reviewed with Devlab to check whether the available data and workflows fit.
Pricing and scope are defined with Devlab according to your company, equipment and required functions. Contact contact@devlab.io or request a demonstration from this page. Requesting a demonstration does not start a subscription or a payment.
