A customer, their sites and their equipment
The customer is the organisation or person you work for. The site identifies where the equipment is located. Each equipment record represents an item you manage. Keeping these levels separate helps prepare the correct scope even when a customer has several locations.
Equipment data supports work preparation
An equipment list answers what you own or manage. Hono connects that list with prepared work orders: a site, selected equipment, a desired date and an assigned professional. Office staff organise the preparation; professionals view their own assignments online.
Shared equipment data, separate business fields
Customer, site and equipment relationships form the common foundation. Air-conditioning information belongs to a specific profile. The generic inspection profile can represent a simple alternative equipment base without mandatory air-conditioning fields. It does not by itself provide a complete module for every industry.
A separate installation for each company
Hono is designed for an isolated installation per company, with its own data, access and settings. Customers recorded in the equipment base are that company’s customers, not other subscribers to the software. Users join by invitation and permissions are checked according to their role.
Check requirements beyond equipment records
The software currently supports creating equipment records and preparing work orders. Equipment editing and archiving, execution reports, photos, signatures and invoicing remain to be developed. Accounting inventories, stock management and depreciation should not be assumed to be covered. Language requirements should also be confirmed during the demonstration; the current software interface is in French.
